Pinot Nero grappa has a typical, slightly grassy and delicate scent, with extensive nuances. Its taste is typical, clean-cut and quite marked, although it is not disharmonious or excessively burning.

Pinot Nero
- Grappa
Pinot Nero grapes are stripped of stalks, pressed and vinified using a traditional method, with long maceration. Non-pressed and oozing marc is slowly distilled to protect its aromatic qualities. The grappa obtained is matured in stainless steel containers for a longer period than that applied to other grappa. In this way, better amalgamation of the various components is assured.
