Despite the extraordinary wine it produces, the Moscato Rosa vine is barely cultivated, because of its low and irregular productivity. The vine has been grown in the Agricultural Institute vineyards since the late nineteenth century, testified by its presentation at the 1886 Bolzano wine exhibition.
Moscato Rosa grappa has a light rose petal scent, pleasant and harmonious taste, with a lingering after-taste.

Moscato Rosa
- Grappa
The vinification of bunches of these high quality grapes, grown in the sunny Becchetti and Oberrauch vineyards, produces excellent and very aromatic marc with high alcohol content. It undergoes extremely meticulous distillation; in fact, processing is very delicate to avoid altering the marc aroma content.
