Double hand harvestingand winemaking with pure grapes, cryomaceration of part of the must on the skins. Soft pressing, static decantation of the light pressings obtained, fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts and, finally, prolonged permanence in a tank on the fermentation pulp "Sur Lie" and a minimum of three months in the bottle.
Yellow straw colour with greenish tints, fruity bouquet with floral highlights, balanced, hearty fresh taste.
