Of Miocene and Pliocene origin, the prevalent elements are sand and clay.
Soft pressing, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts, followed by brief holding on the skins. The wine matures for two months and is refined in bottle for sixty days.
Brilliant straw colour with green tints, fresh, fruited bouquet with a perceptible citrus hint. Full-bodied, fresh and harmonious flavour without sharp edges.

A wine with a characteristic, traditional taste, it is best when consumed within three years form harvesting.
