Vineyard region
The Marches, province of Ancona and Ascoli Piceno.
Grapes
Sangiovese and Montepulciano.
Soil
Land of Pliocene and Miocene origin, average mix with balanced proportions of clay and sand.
Winemaking
In fermentation tanks, with maceration of grape pulp, followed by refining of a portion in steel and a portion in wood. The aging in bottles lasts from thirty to sixty days.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour, fruited, floral bouquet with spiced highlights, dry, delicate taste.

12% vol.

Preservation
It stands up well to lengthy periods of aging in the bottle.
