Soil
Medium mix with clay and sand the prevalent elements.
Winemaking
Harvest of the ripe grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature of 25-28°C and maceration on the skins for one week. maturation of a portion in steel tanks and a portion in wood for 3 months.
Tasting notes
Ruby red purple reflex, cherry and prune on the nose. Full bodied and velvety on the palate.
